    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our bubble tent rentals, we have a limited number of equipment and staff available. As such, we have a no-reschedule policy for booking.

    Yes, 50% deposit to secure booking.

  • How many guests can fit?
    12 - 15 guest

  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    Events postponed or cancel.
  • What is the refund policy?
    -If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours prior to the event date, you will receive a full refund. -If you cancel your booking between 7-14 days prior to the event date,you will receive a 50% refund. -If you cancel your bookings less than 7 days prior to the event date, no refund will be provided.
  • Can I reschedule?
    We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, PLEASE contact us directly to discuss possible alternatives. However, please note that we cannot guarantee any changes or refunds. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our no-reschedule policy.
